zone valve actuator motor

    Default zone valve actuator motor

    anyone know of any instructions on how to change a motor? tried it a couple of times but failed. any suggestions would be appreciated!

    unclip the drive unit and replace with new drive unit, simpleessss Not being funny but if you cant change a sychron motor just fit a new motor drive to the valve, take the old one home and have a practice slow time.

    when i take the motor out and put the new one in its as if the cogs underneath dont realign properly and just doesnt work properly.

    Are you removing the Actuator from the valve to do this?
    If so, you should lock the valve into the open position before removing it otherwise you can have problems with the cogs
