Default manual 3 port

hi, im trying to find a manual 3 port valve, i have been to a local supplier and they have been trying to find one for weeks. i know you could change the system so its all electronic but that would cost more, any one know where i could get one from.

Better still, cut a hole in your roof,( middle of house better), lay down some flagstones and have an open fire, cheapest option by far
