    Default Ferroli Optima 1001 - Hot Water.

    We have a Ferroli Optima 1001 and everything is working OK apart from the Hot water.
    Even at Minimum or Maximum on the 'Domestic Hot Water Thermostat Knob' the water is scalding hot.

    Any ideas what this could be?

    the temperature sensor is broken, common fault. get it replaced by your local engineer
