Default Worcester 24i RSL - No ignition!

New PCB and bottom panel fitted, pump running, fan running, pressure switch working but no ignition.
Old PCB was damaged due to owner having clamped it to the bottom panel.
Discussed with Worcester technical who advised just to check for breakages in wiring, all checked ok.
Any ideas on why still have no ignition?

Have you checked spark gap (check M.I's), is it clean. Continuity check on spark lead?, spade connectors clean and making good contact. Has the right spark igniter been used. (diff app but correct spark igniter was cranked, one in place was straight and was sparking to thermocouple). Just a few basic ideas that might help, havent done much work onn that boiler

Heard of a 24i RSF, is it this boiler? If so have you checked the overheat hasn't tripped? Re-set button on the top of the boiler

However if pump & fan running & no ignition, check for power to the gas valve. If that's present then there are other checks that are not for the eye's of none GSR readers in this forum alas

If you have no joy, pm me your GSR number and I can maybe be help you out some more...
