    Hi,

    Is there a recommended temperature rate increase rate for a correctly sized ch system.

    i.e x degrees per hour? - say if building is at 10deg, how long should it take to get to 18 degrees?

    No because every building is different in design, made of different materials, have different windows and insulation levels and loose heat at different rates.

    Get an optimising programmable stat and it will learn how long it takes and automatically adjust the switching times accordingly.
