Glow worm ultimate 40ff not sparking

Hi

I have a problem with the above boiler, it's not sparking or lighting at all. When I turn it on I can hear a humming noise and it clicks on but I can't see any spark and it doesn't light. Have checked pilot is not blocked and also tried replacing the ignition and the pcb, both of which have made no difference.

Te fan has been very noisy recently so could this have failed & be the cause? Is there anyway I can't test this or bypass it to test as its quite an expensive part to replace if that's not the cause?

hi are you gsr ? maybe you need to get a gsr in before you waste more money throwing bits at this boiler

As said,think maybe you are at the point were you should maybe think about getting someone in who knows what they are doing and meets the legal requirements for working on gas appliances
