Glow worm 24 cxi
hi all
any one where i can get the technical drawings for the above boiler, i need to find the part name and number, i know the part i want :
from below it connects to the cold inlet and inside it connects to the flow switch just need to know which part it is so i can order one as its leaking between the this part and the flow switch.
all the manual says its the RH hydro block ????

yeah i have that manual, the part i need is page 45 fig 14.7 its the part under the retaining clip attached to the flow sensor ??? but no name or part number for it

Oh I see.. The only thing I can suggest is to go to parts centre and ask them to put it up on there screen. The will have a part number for every thing on that boiler. Book will only give you certain info. Good luck!

Hi MZR thats what it is calld Right hand Hydro-Block common fault, expensive part, around £200.00.

All you will get is the main block, you have to swap over all the other bits, quite a costly peice of plastic ! Right Hand Block around the same price

well its for an insurance company so costs are not mine or the customers so i dont mind how much its just finding a merchant to stock them ASAP

Any parts supplyers should have them in stock common fault You should have a Parts Center near you! even most of Plumb Centers now doing parts ! Note that you will have to be GSR to work on Boilers ! especially as its for an insurance Co.
