fitted one this wk . customer comes back and says the front is not like in the catalouge or on website . she was on about the colour of the panel around the controls it was a beige colour on this one . i never paid attention when fitting them in the past but she shows me the vaillant brochure and on the website sure enough its not quite white but near as dam it on web and in brochure.not beige like this one . have i got old stock or are they all beige if so vaillant should show it better as she wanted me to return the boiler as it was on show in kitchen.it took me ages to talk her around

i once had a custard complain that the 105 in the brochure did not have pipes and theres did they had paid and i was in no mood for stupid,weird people i will leve you guess my response

i called about that and was told its down to the gas provider to sort . was told by them that its not compulssary for meter brkt . think i posted about this last year i was always told it was when i was trained.

Yeah its always been white with the beige panel. Unless she saw a plus or exclusive model with the drop down lid.

The new Vaillant range is due out April and is white and black.
