    Default Leaking expansion tank valve

    Hi all,

Right I checked my expansion tank pressure today and when I pressed the valve only a small amount of air came out. I topped it up to about .7 bar, but I believe the valve is leaking. Does this mean I need a new tank, or is the valve replacable?

    Many thanks

Where did you get the tool from? and the replacement valves, does it remove the hole valve or just the core?

Standard pushbike parts - any bike shop will have the necessary stuff. Some of the old fashioned plunger type tyre pressure gauges have the removal tool built in.
