Worcester 24cdi not filling

I have today been to a repair on a 24cdi but cannot re pressurise the system,I have the correct key in the correct position, is there any other filters other than on water inlet to diverter?

I thought it was just the water inlet filter on that little fill loop. Im guessing you opened the little grey tap under the boiler to let the water in, maybe its seized shut?

DId you try opening the water inlet without the key in place? if that works maybe its the built in non-return valve jammed?
