Commercial Oil Boiler not working. Opened her up and found she'd not been cleaned properly for a while!

So don't kid yourself "It works, I'll leave it along", You can guarantee you'll have problems down the line.
We all recommend the very minimum of an annual service.

Unfortunately see a lot of it.
Serviced oil boiler just before christmas, a mate of the customer who was a gas engineer, told him not to bother, just asking for trouble having somebody touch it!

Also like the breakdown calls from new customers, "so it's locked out, no service in the last three years, right o!"

Looks like the only job of the day ... nice one, Croppie!! Judging by that it looks like my boiler will last another 12 or 13 years till its next service ...
