Have these boilers got the filters inside flow and return valves??? Turn valves off drain down boiler and remove filters and clean. Deffo sounds like a circulation problem.

Are the radiators getting hot ? does the central heating temperature dial on the front of the boiler rotate fully from the minimum setting to the maximum ? [ if it was a clock from 12 - 9 ?]

I dont mean the timer !! You should have a central heating temprature dial on the front of the boiler it should move from the 12oclock[ min temp] position round to the 9oclock position [ max temp]

lol.....mattyp calm down before you have a seizure.....by looking at the manual it doesnt look like the 80combi have a ch temp dial.
and to be honest i think the boiler is coming to the end of its life and some parts may be obsolete......so if you can i'd look at renewing.Last edited by moogwai; 21-02-2011 at 09:51 PM.
