one pipe heating system
changed a rad over today on a one pipe system, it took ages to drain down, and when i filled it back up and got heating going it took ages to warm up
one rad at a time.
never really worked on a 1 pipe system before i just hope that now its hot when it goes off and comes back on again it dosent take ages to heat up.

one pipe systems are rubbish,i have always ripped out and replaced with 2 pipe when installing sounds about right what your finding
