Default Radiator - Valves & Bleed Vent

Hi all, I am pretty new to all this but hopefully someone can help me out?

I have a radiator that i salvaged out of a heated towel rail that had its frame bent beyond use. I want to make use of it (recycle N'THAT)

I am now left with 4 x 1" threads and am not seeing anything on the market that will allow me to convert this to a regular radiator! Anyone got any ideas how i might go about attaching valves & a bleed to this? It would be such a shame to have to send it the same way as the frame (the dump) Thanks in advance chaps.
