    Default Shower arm wall outlet

    Have been asked to install a single arm shower wall outlet for a customer.

    They have purchased the product already from an auction website.

    The product has come with very little instructions.

    Does anyone have any experience of fitting these showers.

    Make sure its on a stud wall for these types of showers, shower arm will most likely have a 1/2" BSP male thread but may not have any fixing so all you can do is use a backplate elbow and screw it into there and brace everything with plywood.

    Make sure the 1/2" backplate elbow is positioned so that when its tight, it ends up pointing downwards and the chrome coller sits against the tiles with no thread showing.
