Default Dont get too excited !

Calm down guys!
There is a down side with this, but we can make it if we help each other . . .

1) Time served plumbers will hate you

2) You have not had 4 years in the trade like an apprentice

3) Setting up your own business is tough

4) There is much much more to learn than what is in your C & G . . .

There is a serious learning curve here guys!!!

I have done my course and have set up a limited company offering plumbing services, and have learnt many tricks of the trade that you simply dont get from your course. I think that probaby 9 out of 10 new recruits just dont make it.

1) Beacuse they aint getting a job and there isn't a skill shortage any more like they say . . .
2) Have you got the guts/business sense to set yourself up cold and start doing it.

This thread allows me to answer questions from you guys in how to really do it - I have done it myself. I will not sneer like the many of the time served . . .

Cheers.
