Hi,I have been given a a new thermostatic shower unit but other than how to assemble it no instructions on water connections.My old shower was just a moveable lever and fed from the cold water tank and the hot water tank so they were under the same pressure and any loss of water meant no water at shower.I have connected the thermstatic one the same but cannot get water to come out the head other than a trickle although the body sprays work and the hand shower work when i switch to it.The shower head is as big as a head on a doss house cat so should i have used mains supply to the cold water side.Thanks in advance for any advice offered.
