£500 for all work mentioned seems reasonable. You would pay £100 or so for pump and diverter valve, you will need to drain heating system down, pump isolating valves tend to leak as soon as you operate screw slots if they have not been used for years. Expect to pay a plumber around £250 for parts and labour excluding powerflush.
